    General & Practical

    How do I book a session or program?

    You can reach me via the contact form, by email, or by phone. We often start with a short introductory conversation so that we can determine together which session or program will be most helpful. I usually respond within 48 hours.

    All sessions, programs, and workshops are paid for in advance. You will receive an invoice or payment request, and your place is only confirmed once payment has been made. This provides clarity and commitment for both of us.

    Yes, you can. You are welcome to start with one session to see how it feels. Many people choose to follow a course of sessions afterwards, but you don’t have to do anything until you feel ready.

    You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours, the full amount remains due, because I have reserved the time for you. Different conditions apply to groups and workshops; you will receive these when you register.

    Life can bring surprises. If something serious comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always work with you to find a caring and fair solution.

    Most individual sessions last 60–120 minutes. Workshops and group programs last longer; the exact duration is always stated in the calendar.

    Sessions can take place either online via Zoom or in person at my practice. Group work and workshops are sometimes held at external locations, such as studios or retreat centers.

    Yes. Everything you share with me remains completely confidential. Safety and trust are the foundation of my work.

    Yes, I make personalized gift certificates. Many people find it special to receive this as a valuable and supportive gift.

    It’s perfectly normal to feel unsure about this. You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Feel free to schedule a short introductory meeting, and we’ll work together to find the best fit for you.

    Energy Healing

    What happens during an energy healing session?

    You lie down comfortably while I tune into your energy field. Using gentle energetic techniques, I help you release tension, soften blockages, and restore your natural flow. You don’t have to do anything, just be present and relax.

    Experiences vary. Some feel warmth, tingling, shaking of the body, or a gentle flow. Others experience emotions being released, energy shifting, sudden insights, or a deep sense of calm. There is no right or wrong experience; whatever arises is part of your process.

    Many people feel lighter, calmer, or more spacious. Sometimes you may also feel a little tired or notice that emotions linger for a while. This is part of the integration process. I recommend taking some time for yourself after the session.

    Yes. The process always adapts to your system. It is not about forcing, but about supporting your natural balance.

    Energy healing is not a medical treatment, but many people with stress symptoms find it helpful. They often report sleeping better, relaxing more deeply, and having more energy.

    That depends on your intention. One session can already make a big difference, but for deeper patterns I usually recommend planning 3 sessions and then evaluating together. Depending on the symptoms, you will feel a big difference after between 3 and 6 sessions. Symptoms disappear, you feel lighter and better about yourself.

    No. You don’t have to believe in anything. Energy healing simply works with your energy, exactly where you are.

    Yes. Energy knows no boundaries of time or place. Online sessions are often just as powerful as live work.

    Yes, it can be complementary. Always consult your doctor or therapist if you are unsure.

    Energy Activations

    What is an energy activation?

    An activation is an energetic transmission that awakens or strengthens something within you that is already latent but not currently expressed.

    Healing focuses on restoring balance and easing blockages. Activation, on the other hand, opens up new possibilities and empowers your natural potential.

    Sometimes it is subtle: silence, tranquility, a gentle presence. Sometimes intense: a wave of energy, strong emotions, or deep clarity. All experiences are safe and valuable.

    It helps to arrive well-rested, eat lightly, and drink water. Also plan time afterward to integrate.

    It is normal to feel more sensitive, inspired, or emotional. Writing, walking, or resting can help to ground the experience. I always provide integration tips.

    Yes. Your system will never receive more than it can handle. Sometimes you may experience temporary sensitivity, which is part of the process.

    The activation still works. You will often notice the effects later, in the form of insights, mood swings, or new clarity.

    One can already be profound. For greater transformation, a series is often most helpful.

    Yes, activations are just as effective remotely.

    Soul Core Readings

    What is a Soul Core Reading?

    This is a session in which I tune into the core of your soul and share the information that emerges with you. This can highlight patterns, bring clarity to your life path, and provide insights into love, relationships, or work.

    • Love: focuses on self-love, inner patterns, and the relationship with yourself.
    • Relationship: provides insight into dynamics and challenges within relationships.
    • Business: explores your soul mission and how your work aligns with who you truly are.

    You schedule an appointment for a reading. Within 4 days, you will receive the reading by email or audio, whichever you prefer. You can submit your questions, but I work with a fixed protocol. I cannot guarantee that your questions will be answered. This is not a prediction. I share the insights that come through, and together we explore what this means for you and whether you want to continue working on the themes.

    I usually spend 75 to 90 minutes working on your reading remotely.

    No. A reading is not about belief, but about receiving insights that help you grow and make choices that are in line with who you are.

    I always convey information with care and compassion. The goal is never to cause fear, but rather to provide clarity and empowerment. Identifying where blockages originate can be confrontational. But at the same time, it is the root of the problem, and therefore also the solution.

    Some come annually, others in times of change. It’s entirely up to you.

    Tantra Coaching

    What is tantra coaching?

    Tantra coaching combines conversation with body awareness, breathing, and movement. This allows you to not only understand things with your head, but also embody the change throughout your entire system.

    For anyone who wants to live more authentically, break old patterns, experience more connection with their body, and step fully into their power.

    Each session is tailored to you. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we do breathwork or movement. You set the pace, and you are always in control.

    That is very normal in the beginning. We take our time and go step by step. Nothing is forced; you decide what feels safe.

    No. Not “regular therapy.” Tantra coaching does not replace professional treatment. It is deeply holistic alternative work for people who look beyond just working with the psyche. The combination of elements can be deeply healing. If I notice that conventional therapy is more appropriate, I will honestly indicate that.

    That depends on your journey. Many people opt for weekly or biweekly sessions, so there is room for integration.

    Sometimes you notice a difference right away, sometimes it unfolds gradually. What matters is your openness and willingness to practice in your daily life as well.

    Both. One-on-one work provides personal depth, while group programs bring the power of connection and learning together.

    Yes, many exercises work well online. Live work can feel more direct, but both are valuable.

    No. All you need is a willingness to be present with yourself. We will discover the rest together.
