Yoni Awakening Workshop 3 Rise & Create in Maastricht, Limburg, is the last day in the 3-day workshop series.

After the grounding of Day 1 and the healing of Day 2, your system is open and clear. Today you shift from healing to creating: with breath and subtle pelvic movement, you awaken your life force, guide it through your heart, and focus it on a clear intention. You activate your creative power. You connect earth and higher light, anchor your creative power in your body, and allow your intention to be born. You leave empowered: clear, alive, connected.

Day 3 Rise & Create

The day of activation, creative power, and embodying your light. After the groundwork laid on day 1 and the healing on day 2, the field is clear.

Your body is softer, more open, present. Energy flows more freely through your pelvis, your heart, and your consciousness.

Today is the day when everything you have let go of rearranges itself into light,

where you no longer just heal, but create.

The power of your creation

In the sacred center of your pelvis lives a primal force: the flow of creation itself.

When this flow is pure, you create naturally, from a place of love, clarity, and connection.

On this third day, you will learn to let your energy flow as a conscious act of creation.

Not to achieve something, but to remember your nature: you are creation.

With gentle breath and subtle pelvic movement, we awaken the life stream within you. The energy that lay silently beneath the surface now comes to life. Warm, tingling, alive.

It moves through your entire body like a gentle wave of light.

Through breath, intention, and presence, you learn to guide this flow,to let it flow through your heart and exhale it as a blessing for your life.

A field of living light emerges in which each woman follows her own rhythm. Energy is shared, not exchanged: everyone remains in her own center.

The space vibrates with zest for life, openness, and deep grounding.

You feel your body recharging like a temple flowing again with the source of creation.

From energy to manifestation

In the second half of the day, we focus this life force.

You connect your breath with the higher energy field of the earth beneath you and with the higher light above you.

Both flows meet in your pelvis and form a creative field of gold and silver.

You allow your intention to be born: you manifest with your own charged energy field.

What wants to live, create, dance through you?

With conscious breath and intention, you send the energy through your body,

until it converges in the center of your head, the eye of your creation.

There you see your intention as an image carried in electrical energy.

You feed it with your breath, your life force, until it becomes pulsating and alive.

Then you give it back to the earth, to be anchored in matter.

Creation becomes reality.

Integration & embodiment

After this activation, you return to a state of calm.

You feel the vibrations of life in your belly,
The rhythm of your heart beating in sync with the earth.

Your body knows: this is my natural state.

Clear, alive, connected.

In the closing circle, you share what has moved you.

The space exudes gentleness and a shift is palpable.
