    Privacy Statement

     
    Article 1 – Personal data we process

    We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview:|

     

    • First and last name

       

    • Address details (if necessary for invoicing)

       

    • Phone number

       

    • Email address

       

    • Payment details

       

    • Health and background information (only if relevant for intake and guidance, for example for ceremonies or coaching)

       

    • Guidance reports and progress notes (only within programs or during intensive sessions, to guarantee the quality of the guidance)

       

    • Session recordings (audio/video) and transcripts/reports made from these, if you have given your explicit consent for this

       

    Article 2 – Purposes of data processing

    We use your data for:

    1. Processing payments

       

    2. Conducting sessions, workshops, ceremonies, and programs

       

    3. Scheduling appointments and sending confirmations/reminders

       

    4. Keeping notes or reports during a program to monitor and coordinate your process and progress

       

    5. Optionally recording sessions and processing them with AI to create a transcript or summary, only with your explicit consent

       

    6. Complying with legal obligations, such as tax returns

       

    7. (If you have given your consent) sending newsletters and information about services


    Article 3 – Retention period

    We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary.

    • Administrative data (such as invoices): 7 years (statutory retention obligation of the Tax and Customs Administration).

    • Intake and counseling data, including progress notes: up to 2 years after completion of the process, unless you explicitly give us permission to retain it for longer.

       

    • Session recordings (audio/video): only temporarily, and will be deleted after the transcription or summary has been made, unless otherwise agreed. The transcribed reports will be retained for a maximum of 2 years.
     
    Article 4 – Rights of data subjects

    You have the right to view, correct, or have your personal data deleted. You can also object to the processing of your data or request that processing be restricted. In addition, you have the right to have your data transferred (data portability).

    If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
