We open in a circle. Intentions are shared. Breathing brings you deeper into your body. We consciously open our hearts. For ourselves and everyone in the circle. From this warm attunement, we begin our journey together, our tantric dance.
Then the sacred playground begins. The dance is an invitation to experience and live. You meet each other step by step. Sometimes in silence. Sometimes in movement. Sometimes in touch. Always with consent. In attunement and with respect for yourself and the other. We honor the divine masculine and feminine in the other and in ourselves.
You discover how it feels to give a clear yes. Yes to the music. Yes to your body. Yes to your fellow dancers.
You also experience how liberating an honest no can be. You explore how your body reacts when someone comes close or keeps their distance. What happens when you receive touch or are only seen? Or perhaps feel unseen. What is allowed to be felt within you?
Everything is exploration. What do you feel in your skin, your breath, and your eyes? Which sensations invite you? Which ones demand space? You listen to your body and translate this directly into your dance. Dance your emotions, dance your feelings, and transform them into movement that wants to express itself.
The journey deepens. Polarity becomes tangible. Leading and following. Strength and softness. Masculine and feminine energy come to life in you and in the other. Movement becomes expression. Dance becomes encounter.
The circle is both mirror and bedding. You see and are seen. You celebrate and are celebrated. The group lifts you up and enriches your experience beyond what you could achieve alone.
Then there is rest and integration. You turn inward and feel what has been set in motion within you. Beyond the senses. We close our eyes, the music stops, and we feel. Feel what has been set in motion, what is allowed to flow.
There is space to share, to land, and to integrate. Softly. Openly. Presently. We close the circle gently.
